1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in original condition
  • It must be unused and unmodified
  • No physical damage (except verified manufacturer defects)
  • All original accessories, documents, and packaging must be included

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

  • Returns without approval may be rejected
  • Instructions will be provided after approval

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • An error occurred on our side (wrong item, etc.)

4. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to a detailed inspection. Refund approval depends on product condition and compliance with this policy.

5. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

  • A restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built trailers
  • Used or modified products
  • Installed or altered accessories

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders fall under this return policy.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or proof

We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund accordingly.
